My Mamma began with a simple idea: bring the warmth and flavors of Southern Italy to Sarasota. Every focaccia we bake, every ragù we slow-cook, and every tiramisù we plate comes from recipes passed down through generations — from nonne in Campania, Puglia, Sicilia.
We use fresh ingredients, traditional Italian techniques, and take the time that real food requires. No shortcuts. No compromise. Just the kind of honest, generous cooking you’d find around a Sunday table in a small Italian town.
