Description
Hands in the dough — a full Italian fresh-pasta experience.
You arrive to a glass of welcome Prosecco and we get to know each other. Then a relaxed theory part: everything about fresh and dry pasta, the regions of Italy, how to recognize real quality dry pasta, and the little secrets behind every shape.
Now the fun: flour on the board, eggs cracked, and your hands in the dough. Together we make three different shapes of fresh pasta — think orecchiette, fusilli and a long cut — rolling and shaping each one by hand. Our chef takes them to the kitchen and cooks them with three different sauces. While he cooks, the group sits down to a classic Italian antipasto — cured meats, cheeses, salads — paired with a glass of white wine.
Then we taste the pasta you shaped, family-style at the center of the table, with another glass of wine. And to finish, a little something sweet.
